  • SNHD guidance applies the federal 1/16-inch minimum type size; reproduce the statement in all caps as the statute writes it.
  • AB 352 (2025) takes effect July 1, 2027: licensing moves to the Department of Agriculture, the cap rises to $100,000, and the disclaimer will need at least 10-point type in a contrasting color.
