    The ingredient list is statutorily required only for temperature-controlled foods (listing them for everything is still good practice).

  • The statement must include "and may contain allergens"; older labels without it are non-compliant.
  • The same statement belongs on your website and in all advertising, not just the label.
  • Net quantity and a separate FDA-style allergen statement are not required by the statute.
