    Address, phone number, OR email address; any one of the three satisfies Iowa Code 137F.20.

    Ingredients in descending order of predominance
    Include sub-ingredients of compound ingredients.

    Required statement
    Exact wording below.

    Allergen statement when allergens are present
    Identify each major allergen by common name, required only if the food contains one or more major allergens.

    Home-canned pickles, vegetables, or fruits: date processed and canned
    Required for acidified home-canned produce.
