   In capital, bold, 10-point or larger type (fill the blank with home, farm, community, or commercial as applicable).

• Label information may alternatively appear on a placard, bulk-container label, webpage, or receipt depending on how the item is sold (W.Va. Code 19-35).
• Honey additionally needs net weight and "Please do not feed to infants under 1 year of age."
• The disclaimer comes from WVDA labeling standards, which the statute requires you to follow.
