Common questions, answered.
Do you have a physical bakery?
No, I am a home baker. Products are not produced in a licensed or regulated facility.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery. Deposits are nonrefundable. Under special circumstances, a deposit may be transferred to a future order, provided baking has not yet begun.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available within 10 miles of my home for a flat $5 fee. Delivery beyond this area must be requested and approved in advance. Otherwise, orders will need to be picked up from my home.
Are your products allergen safe?
Most of my weekly baked goods are not allergen-free. Products are prepared in a home kitchen where nuts, eggs, shellfish, and other allergens are present. All equipment and work surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, but cross-contact may still occur. I’m happy to discuss special orders made without specific allergen ingredients. However, I cannot guarantee that any product will be completely free of those allergens or trace amounts. Please share any food allergies before ordering so we can discuss whether I can accommodate your request.
