How far in advance should I place my order?
We require a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks notice. We book months in advance, so the earlier you reserve, the better.
Do you require a deposit? What payment do you accept?
A 50% deposit secures orders over $1,000, with the balance due 7 days before pickup (14 days for weddings). Orders under $1,000 or placed within 30 days require full payment up front. Deposits are non-refundable. Written cancellations 14 or more days before pickup receive a 25% refund; later cancellations forfeit the deposit. We accept cash, check, and Visa, Mastercard, and Amex (credit cards add a 3.5% convenience fee).

Do you ship?
Yes, certain items can ship, though we are not responsible for carrier delays. Shipping options are available on request.
Do you have a retail store?
We are a home-based bakery with a separate commercial baking kitchen that is Virginia State inspected, licensed, and insured.
Do you offer allergy-friendly baked goods?
We are now a nut-free bakery. Gluten-free, grain-free, and soy-free options are available. We do not offer dairy-free or vegan products.
Do you have baked goods available at all times?
No, all items are made to order to ensure the best quality.
If I don't see a cake flavor on your list, does that mean you can't make it?
Not at all. We are always up for a challenge and new ideas.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available depending on availability. Wedding cake and dessert bar delivery pricing varies by items and distance.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Cake tastings are available for weddings and large celebrations for $75. Each appointment includes 4 cake flavors and 4 icing flavors.
